BOOKING PROCEDURES

We ask that you put a credit card on file in order to confirm your appointment. Your card will not be charged until completion of your service, with the exception of late cancellations and 'NO SHOW' appointments. 


LATE ARRIVALS

A 15 minute grace period is offered for all appointments. Arriving after your 15 minute grace period is considered a 'NO SHOW'. Once an appointment is deemed as a 'NO SHOW', your appointment will be given away and 'NO SHOW' procedures will be applied. 


Cancellations

We ask that cancellations be done more than one day prior to your appointment. Cancellations made the day before your scheduled appointment results in a 50% charge of scheduled service. Cancellations made the same day of the appointment results in a 100% charge of scheduled service. If you need to cancel and we are closed, please do one of the following: leave a voicemail, send a text message to the salon cell phone, dm us on facebook or instagram, or email.


'NO SHOW' APPOINTMENTS

A 'NO SHOW' appointment is when a client does not call to cancel or show up to their scheduled appointment time. A 'NO SHOW' appointment results in a 100% charge of your scheduled service. After one 'NO SHOW' appointment, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required for future appointments. After two 'NO SHOW' appointments, you will be charged 100% of the service booked. After three 'NO SHOW' appointments, you will be charged 100% of the service booked AND we may no longer service you. 


REFUNDS

We DO NOT offer refunds, however, we will issue store credit for future services.


NO CHILDREN

Children ages 3-12 are ONLY permitted if being serviced. No other children are permitted.


CASH TIPS ONLY

Unfortunately we do not accept tips on credit cards, we ask that you tip with cash or a money transfer app.
